Pros

I learned a lot about outbound selling and marketing. I learned to close difficult cases alone.

Cons

There was no help from management on anything. Management was more interested in making and taking your sales then helping you to become a successful advisor.

Pros

Good benefits, poor pay. Talk alot about opportunity but none available. (unless your related)

Cons

I your on a call and your break or lunch arrives you miss your lunch or break, no pay. Same for the end of the day if your on a call you can't hang up, or get written up, but they won't pay you because the OT wasn't preapproved!

Pros

The benefits were pretty average, there were opportunities to telecommute. It was a good place to get some experience that you could use in the future.

Cons

Micromanagement, inconsistent treatment of employees. No onsite HR personnel. Not very many advancement opportunites are available. Constant outsourcing of duties to India.
