Not a good place to develop your career

Pros

1. flexible working schedule, 2. good product mix

Cons

1. local management team play a big role for the growth of the advisor. When I first got hired, my local management steal over $10K from me and many other advisor's in the firm. 2. Company nowaday just focus on cooprate profit, not the growth of advisors. They charge high cost for advisors who worked there (over $300/week for my office). Of course they will never tell you that when they hire you. 3. It's not based on how much sale, it's based on the relationship you have with management team, if you are close to the management, you get more support...

Pros

great work/ life balance, smart management, good training/ education if you take advantage of it/ seek it out, bonuses are great if you get a good rating, great place to grow when more junior in your career

Cons

hard to move up the corporate ladder and each department has different criteria for moving up, company hasn't really moved 100% into the digital world, there are still many growing pains of becoming a global company
