Pros

Provides its associates with a great work/life balance, good benefits, and a friendly work environment. It is a large company, so there are many opportunities to move into.

Cons

Upper management is weak and does not care to develop its employees. Some people linger in their jobs because they have held it for so many years. Incompetence is ignored at a certain level with work just re-allocated to those that are more competent, allowing some people to unfairly get paid for doing little to no work. The company is also very interested in their bottom line, leading to a lot of offshoring, instability, and constant restructuring within the organization.

Great place to start a career

Pros

Encourages at least 40 hours of training per year by providing online learning modules as well as instructor-led courses. Work is autonomous with varying levels of micro-management depending on the individual manager. Excellent work-life balance benefits such as the option to work from home in situations that would otherwise require a day off. Greenville, SC office permits jeans and athletic shoes during the week.

Cons

Job specific training is virtually non-existent. Performance measurements are often not clearly defined or measurable and reasons for the performance rating received are not explained. Office morale is very low as company is currently restructuring causing many changes in job duties and team members.

Pros

Your earnings are potentially limitless. You have to work hard and smart but you can be very successful doing this.

Cons

Failure is limitless as well. If you do not have a good warm market of friends or family its very difficult to succeed
