Pros

Worldwide company, at times they are more concerned with other countries than the United States, rules are constantly changing, lots of changes from the top all the way down.

Cons

It is very expensive to be an a agent, you can do pretty well , and still make no money and actually owe MetLife more money. If your production goes down, you end up paying for all of your health ins.

Pros

Benefits provided as far as health dental and 401 are good. Work from home option in some departments

Cons

Poor systems and upgrades still are not compatible with the industry. Very political when it comes to promotions. They always talk about work-life balance but make you work 10+ hours of overtime every week (its not mandatory because they cant by law but if u dont do it its held against u in reviews and promotions). NO employee appreciation what so ever! A lot of good workers are leaving because things are getting worse by the day

Pros

Great benefits, good people, flexible

Cons

People who are managers who are not qualified and do not have people management skills. Growth depends on who you work for, not your work and knowledge. Recycling people from one department to another Limited growth opportunities in current location Employee morale low
