Pros

Good coworkers, management is nice, they always have fun events going on, days where you dress up differently or contests and such. Flexible schedules, good benefits.

Cons

Low salary, unrealistic expectations of staff as far as calls taken. Software programs don't work correctly, and staff is expected to work around issues that make doing the job correctly impossible.

Very passive aggressive culture. Folks are nice to your face and then will bad-mouth after-meetings or behind back. Culturally, company is slowly evolving away from the slow-moving mutual company mentality
