Pros

Health insurance is really good.

Cons

Don't pay a living wage. Absences take a year to fall off. No career advancement hardly promote from within. Technical support is severely lacking. Retaliation, harassment and discrimination run rampant in the call center. Employee relations is on the side of your manager and there is no type of advocate for us. Ethic complaints are ignored. There is no support for escalations/ if you need help with a call. The resource line is always closed. If you don't suck up to your immediate supervisor you have a target on your back.
