It is difficult to stay focused and be driven to exceed your goals when lay-offs are constantly happening or are being threatened. Even if your division is not actively being downsized they will send in "consultants" to analyze the work to see if it can be outsourced so everything just feels like it is a matter of time before they get rid of you so you remain unmotivated to achieve anything. There are great people working here that are treated really poorly.

Work life balance for some locations, not Alpharetta, GA. Technology is inadequate and outsourced to India, (so is just about everything else). Too much work, and not enough people. Lay offs and salary cuts.
