Good Company depending on who your management is.

Pros

Benefits, PTO (Plenty of time off). Some fun co-workers.

Cons

Management tends to always talk bad about someone who decides to leave the department. Also there are people in high positions who use company travel expenses just to travel and see the world and not doing much work during travel. Also alot of AVP's and VP's have their executive assistant's do most of their work. Hopefully the new CEO who replaced Kandarian can turn Metlife around and get rid of the toxic management.

Pros

Great benefits, decent work-life balance, and if you're designated a high-potential for leadership, their development programs are pretty great.

Cons

Far too many layers of management make getting anything accomplished difficult and time-consuming. This is one of those places where we have meetings to discuss when our next meeting will be.
