This toxic behavior creates an uncomfortable and intimidating environment for all staff, undermining employee morale, well-being, and productivity. MetLife’s failure to address these issues, or take steps to correct such discriminatory and hostile practices, creates a culture where employees feel unsafe and unsupported, and where retaliation for raising concerns is a common occurrence.
