Pros
Management is seriously taking a look at how they can change old processes and utilize new talent straight out of school. Open to new ideas, and are very hands on, but do not micro-manage.
Cons
As with any company that has been around as long as MetLife has, it has a lot of legacy systems. It is sometimes difficult to find resources for these older technologies.
