      Great Company to Work For

      Pros

      The company is comitted to a vision and is striving to achieve. Management has a good idea of what is needed to achieve goals and is genuinely cares for the well being of employees. Pay and benefit are excellent.

      Cons

      The work force has been cut in recent years which has caused many employes to struggle with work life balance.
