Nice Co workers and some benefits are good.
Cons
The science and thinking is removed from the role Managers and supervisors can be very petty and take their frustrations out on staff. Far too many hoops to jump through for a very poor pay rise to the next level. Too many projects on the go to be done alongside your actual main roles. Training and development is almost non existent unless you harass your manager on a daily basis. Everything moves at a snails pace. Team morale is generally bad and turnover is ridiculously high.
