Intelligent hard working colleagues. Challenging Work Good benefits. Flexible working conditions, some people work from home 2 days a week depending on department good training programs

Cons

Upward growth limited. Merger with Schering has limited promotions and salary increases.

They are one of the few corporations that still offers a pension plan and stock awards.

Cons

Very poor leadership, and it is dominated by people who use the "command and control" method. Poor IT support and defective systems. Poor communication - there is either no communication or it is miscommunication. There is a double standard of accountability. The workload is impossible to balance with family needs.
