Business Outlook
Pros
Competitive pay and benefits (although benefits are quickly decreasing). People at the "bottom" are great to work with. The name "Merck" looks good on a resume, which you'll probably be needing soon.
Cons
Honestly, too many to list. Leadership, or lack of, lacks vision. There is little to no transparency, little information comes top --> down. There is no sense of worth afforded to employees. We are simply numbers, resources... not people in the eyes of senior "leadership"
