      Good pay, benefits. Executive management seeks opportunities to send the corporate message to the rest of the organization. Efforts always made to made sure everyone is aware of the current financials & organizational direction.

      Cons

      Some individuals in management have not actually performed the work, so they have no appreciation for what it entails. Some executives rule by "my way or the highway", which can be threatening and intimidating to some.
