Purpose drives everything - very inspirational, exciting to see the impact we are making on society Lots of diverse divisions and jobs to explore

Some managers are wonderful, others are horrible. Job experience is highly dependent on your manager. Recent return to work policy is dictated by Executive Team, but not implemented consistently across teams. Some managers hardly ask their employees to follow; others are strict to the point of alienating team members.
