Some really talented people, pay, benefits

Cons

Middle management who came in from other companies, Program Lead, to Sr. Program Leads need to be phased out in Immunology. They are toxic, they don't do their jobs and have made this place a revolving door. We have lost some really great talent due to the nonsense of this department.
