Pros
nice campus, people overall were nice. Maybe ok if you are willing to overlook A LOT of things.
Cons
The union relationship is challenging, there is little support from the business and generally the union runs the show. I had to tell one of my union workers that the guy who showed her his "personal" pictures was rehired and going to be placed back on her shift because thats what the union wanted. I left immediately after that.
