Pros

They have so many great benefits, like the INSPIRE rewards program, 401k matching, and education benefits. You can use the education benefits to return to school yourself, or put towards your child's schooling.

Cons

It's a large company, so it can sometimes be difficult to track down in-house expertise or resources. Often there are people who have expertise you want to learn from, but it can be hard to know where to look. Probably similar to any large Biopharma company.

Pros

Excellent colleagues, very good benefits, flexible work arrangements

Cons

The number 1 reason peoyleave is because they are offered more money at other pharma/biotech companies. The inner 2 reason people leave is burnout, many times because tooany people leave because of salary.
