MSD has a great work culture. Salary in Singapore is a bit on lower side because they have another tech hub in Prague where salaries are low so they keep it same in Singapore, just a guess.

Low benefits. No equal medical coverage for dependants

Cons

Accountable to factory. Could schedule q weekend night shift at last minute. Turnover in ops/tech ops is large. Location is not the greatest.
