Great people, flexibility to learn different parts of the business; competitive compensation and benefits; good products, some great leaders who were willing to mentor their people.

Cons

Lost site of what makes the company successful, it's people. Focused on short-term results and is still suffering from the withdrawal of Vioxx. Feel like a number not a person.
