      good management is really important

      Pros

      Its very famous and big pharmaceutical company. I am working at MRL. A lot to learn from all research programs.

      Cons

      As i am a contractor, i do not have access to all details about research programs. As the group is growing, managers are still learning to manage the growth.

      Pros

      It is an international company with a diversity of job opportunities. It has a very ellaborated clinical operations estructure, especially in Latin America with a numerous importan positions to run th clinical trials. Currently there are 12 compounds in the late stage of research with promissing new products in the future in therapeutic ares like Central Nervous System, HIV, cardiology, inmunology, oncology, respiratory system, women´s health, and others.

      Cons

      Terrible an obsolete compensation packages. They are not in the market average. The compensations department should ve more carefully in the way the compensation packages are set up so that they retain talent within the organization.
