The people in your group, direct management tends to very supportive. They focus on potential and upward growth.

Cons

HR. HR is not supportive and only looking out for dollars not people. HR is hard to trust and will not look out for the best interested in of the people they “support.” They only care about showing the CEO how they saved, even if it negatively effects a department or person.

No one knows if you are working or not. It's a "WallyWorld". Good severance packages coming when Merck cut all of our jobs, Just ride thewave until the severances come. 6 months of pay...

Cons

No management direction. The best have already been fired in the name of cost cutting. The management that is left is deluded into thinking that anything they do now matters. Hello--You have been bought out. Your job is over! No one likes each other or even speaks. It is as bad as anyone could ever imagine. The place sucks!!!
