      OK company to work for, if you like pharma.

      Pros

      Good benefits, such as generous 401(k), health and dental, and tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      Seem to get into a lot of trouble with the government. New management was good, but not sure now that they have been taken over by Merck.

      Pros

      Pay is as good or better than average. The organization is highly structured, which has both advantages and disadvantages. If you want a defined career path, it is in place. You might be arbitrarily reorganized or laid off before you get there, but the processes are in place.

      Cons

      Incompetent management and excessive bureaucracy. If you excel at checking boxes and are lousy at sales, this is your place.
