Pipeline is promising, benefits are good, this company is solid and will be around for a while.

Cons

Terrible salary/bonus structure and payment schedule. Lack of focus on being a sales organization and too much emphasis on non-profit generating fluff.

benefits, good salary, chance to work with very smart people

Cons

hard to get promoted, valuable training is rare (other than mundane e-learning courses), work on weekends is the norm, slow to change, negative culture (many people dissatisfied but due to the economy, are sticking around for the paycheck)
