Good company but still finding its way in merger

Pros

Good science - very thoughtful and innovative. C-levels seem to have good vision. Company has really transformed in the past few years.

Cons

Still feeling the integration from the merger with Schering-Plough. Top level items done but now the middle layer which will take longer probably.

Okay experience. I wouldn't write home about it. Happy for the experience and the opportunity to learn some new things.

Cons

Since the merge, difficult to move around and sometimes your assignment can be changed without your knowledge or input. It just happens.
