      Very conservative work environment- somewhat methodical

      Pros

      Great reputation in the industry and strong, robust product portfolio. The company was fair with in resource allocation and making sure the customers had the necessary tools to educate patients.

      Cons

      Too many changes each year which affected team morale and trust which ultimately impacted how the company was viewed by the customers it serviced.

      Pros

      Great people. Relative stable Sr. Management Team. Great Benefits with Pension. Plenty of Opportunities for Training. Diverse pipeline and wide exposure to US and Ex-US.

      Cons

      Lack of growth opportunities due to stable sr. management team. Base pay not competitive compared to peer companies (sources from recruiter).

      Nice facility. Decent cafeteria. Underground parking.

      Cons

      Inbread IT management has led to an unimaginable arogance. Lots of naked emperors making cluless decsions. Outside voices ignored. Not invented here syndrom prevails. A rare outside hired director told me, there isn't one best practice we don't violate. Merck would do well to outsource the entire operation to true professionals.
