Salary, flexibility, growth opportunities, vacation time is 5 weeks as a new hire.

Cons

Unequal workload, some people do nothing while others work 12 hour days. Many at the AD/Director level have absolutely no business being in their roles/levels. Toxic culture in some areas of the company.
