Pay and benefits are very high, but be careful of what you ask for. Not a real values oriented company. Only results for today matter

Cons

If you're a senior director, watch out for deliberate strategy to test and weed out 'under performers'. The leadership totally misses the saving lives value proposition.

flexibility for work-life balance, good compensation (especially at non-urban sites) where cost of living is lower. Significant resources when correctly focused.

Cons

Mission drift, little respect for employees except as units, R&D is no longer world-class. Senior leadership distracted by internal politics. Mediocrity is the result.
