Better than most companies out there. Very reasonable and flexible with hours, which helps working families. They offer summer hours, start with 15 vacation days, 9 holidays and an additional week for a year end shut down.

Cons

Fear of layoffs and reorganization.

Bad management, a lot of game playing that gets in the way of actual accomplishments, popularity contests, a lot of constant reorgs, layoffs, etc.
