Great people.... the company is made of great people that will always have your back. Job security it top notch. They truly care about you as a person and want to develop you more. The company really does care about the safety of their employees and quality of the product - not just a mission statement.

Cons

Work you to death - always trying to lean the people while adding more work. It's impossible and burn out is real

This review is specific to GPAM. - Mostly everyone is mediocre, so if you are good you will look great here. - If you get hired as a Dir, you can pretty much just coast after the first 3 yrs - Great place to learn how to be a PM when all the organizational tools are subpar. , , kind of like the PM version of Survivor.

Cons

- Toxic leadership. - Promotions are primarily based on popularity. - Not a self-reflective/learning organization. - Has a culture where only a small group can have "good ideas". Ideas from outside this group are mostly disregarded.
