The company is well structured for career development. There are many career developmental opportunities. The company frequently send employee for weeks of training. The company also encourages employee to move around in the company to gain a better perspective of the business and company. There are opportunities to move to outside of the country as well.

Cons

The company is too well structured. The role of a position maybe very limited. The pay grade for entry level is very limited.
