      relative liberty . Company with a great history

      salary increase is miserable and does not follow the inflation: in reality, it is a salary cut. invasion in your private life: they kinda force you to attend to their after work events, in which you only find paked conversations, paked smile, pre-pack arguments with gossipy people. they tend to put threat on people, instead og being assertive.

      The process was organized and HR keeps updating.

      Cons

      I was told to prepare a pen for the assessment but was not told of the coverage. I was eyeing to apply for a role in HR, but we were all given a test with the same content which mainly focuses on accounting which I have little to no knowledge of.
