A place to learn and work with good people

Pros

During times of change there are opportunities to work on interesting projects and help shape the new processes. Some very nice people with good intentions at all levels made difficult times more bearable.

Cons

Very strong adherence to "text book norms" and consultant determinations made innovation and streamlining a challenge. Extreme cutting stressed remaining staff to do much more with much less and stalled many initiatives.

Organisation still a shambles after 18 months of restructuring. More topdown KPIs, policies and SFE metrics driving internal focus. No short term pipeline.
