      Pros

      Stable company with long history. Promising pipeline opportunities in pharmaceuticals division. Excellent vision and leadership from top level board.

      Cons

      Pharmaceuticals division is in chaos. Pharma division CEO is a bully, and not strategic. Leadership team below CEO is dysfunctional, internally focused, and afraid of CEO. Former CEO, now vice chairman, was inspiring - current situation not motivational. Lack of focus on strategic issues puts execution of pipeline and launch at significant risk.

      Pros

      Great working environment and professional development opportunities. A lot of motivated and talented people working toward the common goal of bringing medical solutions to patients, especially in the area of rare diseases. Good human resources management, truly care about people

      Cons

      Just like every large corporate, a bit heavy in politics and processes Some people have been there and spoiled for too long... Restructuration in 2011-2013 was a bit hectic
