      Relaxing environment. Not much of stress and demand from the management. A slow pace environment to work in. Lots of marketing material to use and distribute to clients. Reasonable benefits and work life balance, family oriented business module

      Cons

      To much reporting to do. Some reporting are repetitive and quite redundant. No new products for so many years. Products are hard to sell and are very matured in the market. A lot of generic drugs that is selling at much cheaper price yet the management is doing nothing to counter these
