      Pros

      Get on well with everyone, and it is good lab experience. Some good extras; annual night out in January paid for my company (including drinks) and annual bonus (5% of your annual salary). Seen other reviews about bullying/ high staff turnover, can only imagine this depends on the department as my one is fine and everyone gets on well.

      Cons

      Pay is poor compared to elsewhere.
