      Pros

      Very supportive culture of work-life balance, and as a supplier, receives stability, with steady growth as industry grows without the dependence of any particular drug success. Based on feedback from colleagues appears to be one of the best suppliers to work for in North America biotech.

      Cons

      Compensation struggles to be competitive, specifically as it relates to benefits. No current stock plan, or potential for growth. Positives from companies steady growth also mitigated by limitations in higher level financial success.
