      generally slow decision-making processes and inconsistent implementation of strategy. in pharma not clear whether they want to be generic or innovative company, poor pipeline, very bureaucratic processes linked to the commitment to keep all staff in Germany in lifelong positions; pharma R&D has undergone drastic changes in a positive sense with a lot of multinational new staff even in Germany; Corporate support functions (IT) lagging behind

      People, manager, casual atmosphere, stable company

      Cons

      Company is acquisition-happy (2 major acquisitions within 6 years) and several changes in leadership has resulted in increase of workload on the employees without commensurate increases in pay for most of us.
