Everything feels like a box-ticking exercise rather than real progress. The company publicly supports initiatives like International Women’s Day, yet this feels incredibly tokenistic when women are forced out after maternity leave by being refused part-time roles. Injured employees receive little to no support, and senior leadership fails to back their colleagues. The initiatives rolled out by the Managing Director seem short-sighted, often prioritising quick wins over long-term strategy, leaving staff constantly chasing their tails.
