      Interesting projects in healthcare Trying to fit together all parts of the business. Interesting open office concept in the Swiss offices (Aubonne)

      Cons

      Decision making takes extremely long. Decisions are often left to single projects, which is OK when things turn out fine, less fun when the outcome is not certain and the ownership of the outcome is assigned, There is still a fashion of blaming for mistakes and sometimes even the messenger. Many projects are launched but then abandoned

      People working with, can take responsibility. Breath of business across life science, performance materials and healthcare creates new opportunities. Pipeline for healthcare is exciting

      Cons

      Political environment ,engaging of talent for future opportunities is limited internally, as very often it seems the most political people are given opportunity. HR is not a functioning organisation and we lack trust in it.

      you have to be very resilient and okay with constant organizational changes; the German HQ sometimes fails to be as globally oriented as it could
