1. Flexibility 2. Understanding managers. 3. Great leave policy 4. Accidental, life and medical insurance covered.

Cons

They pay less compared to market. Not so good hike from past coupler of years. They want work done but don't want to hire people as it adds costs and expects the current load is enough to be handled by just handfull of people.

The wages increased recently to a more acceptable standard after business cash injection Good benefits; life assurance, private healthcare Christmas gift boxes

Cons

Majorly high turnover caused by incompetent management and strain on staff mental health. Many good staff developed mental health issues from working there and left for greener pastures Training is horrendous Overworked staff Horror stories of how some of the staff are treated and spoken to by middle management If you have other options, don't work here. If you have no other options, or need a foot in the door and can stomach it - it's good for the CV.
