      Good well known company with established reputation.

      Cons

      A lot of people approach tasks by throwing over the fence as it’s “not their job” instead of working collaboratively to resolve issues. Management also often a blocker for positive change with quite harsh and negative feedback on suggestions, if you receive any feedback that is.
