- Weak leadership (sr. management is just busy with itself) - Extremly poor systems in finance - Lack of processes / willingness to define processes - Consequence: Crazy workload in certain areas - Poor development opportunities (if you do not want to follow the standard path defined by HR)

Pros

Annual level, Merck benefits that’s it. Think twice before you accept the offer. They offer slightly better than the living wage. All you need is 4 years of university education.

Cons

Bullying is rife and from the top down. They are the known problem but untouchable. While I cannot name these people on Glass door, I can remember you to check your calendar. You can spot the new starts full of energy, after a few months these employees are a shadow of their former self. BioReliance has a negative impact on your mental well-being. QA has no spine as in general is a second thought in any process. Management are selected in this field to say yes.
