Big Agency problem, the employee is nothing else than a number and all strategy actions are done uniquely to increase profitability and stock action value. no innovation at all (at least in life science business) don't expect any recognitions or evolving in the company. they have a talent program uniquely to manage early career employee to stay in their place. making a lateral move is easy but evolving in the company is an other story you will need to be placed by someone else...
