      Decent salary but management are all over the place. Seems what they say and do are two different things.

      Cons

      Very high expectations. Corrupt bonus system. They offer a bonus but essentially take the majority of you due to company bonus factor that always decreased your bonus. Company unwilling to support further education too even though they say they will support.
