      You find great professionals with a very low level of motivations. On the other hand, a lot of new people with low experience to try to do their best within the circumstance.

      Cons

      High pressure and bureaucracy is everywhere and in every small decision you need to take in a daily duty. Processes are very slow and it becomes challenging to take decisions under a situation where nobody wants to take decisions and runs away. No decision no mistake... and no body will fire you.
