-Competitive Salary for the sector -great work hours with a lot of freedom to conciliate work life and family -amazing team enviroment, great people and talent working here mid-management is great and works hand in hand with you
Cons
-Old technologies used everywhere, as long as it works, doesn't matter how cumbersome its for employees -Disregard trying to do big changes and optimizations -provides the basic tools to employees and tries to cut costs everywhere -completely out of touch higher-ups, either that or their business strategy is to bleed talent, outsource everything, refuse for internal promotions, salary growth or other benefits, you will be stagnant here
