Business Outlook
Pros
Good work life balance, with decent pay and a lot of opportunities (and ways) to progress, as the company has many different departments. From lab/technical positions to more business Oriented opportunities.
Cons
Not accomodating for travel expenses for people living far from the campus. E.g I am working for the Stirling site at the moment while living in Glasgow. The pay is the same even though I obviously spent more time and money on commute. The bonus is low and does not account for personal performance. Only company performance! Unless you are an executive or director.
