      Pros

      Medium average salary compared to the market, acceptable but nothing outstanding.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment, bullying culture lack of professionalism. If you have some minimal professional self-consciousness and care to do your job right, not just get a paycheck, it is not for you. If you also like to have a good conscience about your work avoid at all costs.

      Pros

      Very few pros, there are some very good people that will be your co- workers, ...mmmm that is all that comes to mind right now.

      Cons

      No trainning!! Will ask you to do many tasks that could impact the fab, many many times without even walking a job with you, just giving you a procedure that has not been proven to be accurate or even including all required steps.; managers take the customers request like gospel and have no one who is willing to tell them no, ( for ex, if you take your car to get worked on, do you go in and start telling the mechanic how to do the job? There are many more downsides, but i will limit my comments I dont want to sound too sour grape-ish!

      Pros

      Very few. They have a pretty good Xmas party but apart from that it's not an enjoyable place to work.

      Cons

      Blame culture - higher ups pass all responsibility on to lower members of staff. Abysmal pay - well below industry rates Workload - far too high for some while other twiddle their thumbs
